| -unfortunately there aren't any mailboxes in our city so we can't send out items through them. If you're uncomfortable with that please DON'T buy/trade things from us. |
GOs RULES
| -EU preferred, WW okay (domestic shipping might be expensive) |
| - NO BACKOUTS ALLOWED ONCE CLAIMED unless you find a replacement |
| -we usually ask for 3-4 payments (item(s), ems + custom + dom shipping) |
| -accepted payment methods: f&f ONLY PayPal. If paying through g&s please keep in mind you need to cover fees as well |
| -!!PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THIS PART!! payments must be made within the deadline, since you're 100% responsable for it if any payment is missing after deadline expired we will add 0,50€ as fee every 2 days of delay. We don't wanna do this but it happened many times already and we are not required to/cannot advance money for you since it's YOUR items. For domestic shipping we will give you 3 weeks to pay once we message you, after that your claims will be considered as unclaimed without any warning and you'll end up losing your items (NO REFUND) + they'll be put on sale again.NO exceptions,unless we discussed earlier (BEFORE DEADLINE ENDS) |
| -For EMS/custom payments you have ONE week to send payment after we send the infos in the gc otherwise you'll end up losing your items without ANY further notice. (unless we discussed about it before the deadline ends) |
| -If you don't fill up the dom shipping form within the deadline you'll have an addional 24h to claim your items BUT A LATE FEE will be asked. Once even the 24h have passed your items will be considered unclaimed and will put on sale without any further notice. DON'T dm us because we won't re-open it! neither for the "dms are lagging" "I haven't received notification", "i wasn't active". No exception will be made. Really sorry but we're not a warehouse that can hold your items for months and you can decide when have them shipped without respecting rules + its your responsability checking gcs, meet deadlines and make sure not to miss any update/payments etc. We're not going to send individual reminders so please be responsable of your items AND money |

>trading usually preferabily in EU but we do sometimes consider WW
>if you have no proof or less than 20 reliable proofs you have to send the item(s) first
>photos/video of the item(s) will be sent with our @ + date in a piece of paper and we kindly ask you to do the same
> when sending photos/video please make sure it stays in the chat
>untracked, semi-tracked and tracked shipping are available
✰PACKING
> we always ask 0.30€ for packaging materials (small envelope), 0,50€ for heavy items* if below 1kg and 1€ if more.
>photocard/s are package in a sleeve, toploader and added in a greeting card/packing bag
> *albums, season greetings and heavy items are usually envelope in bubble wrap for more protection
>we always provide proof of packaging and ask for address confirmation before sending out.
🐇SHIPPING
>untracked, semi-tracked and tracked shipping are available
>VINTED option is available for selected eu countries
> shipping day will be always showed in our bio
> we always send receipt
> if you choose the tracked option we will show you the receipt with tracking number and your @ on it
>it can happen that poste office doesn't update the tracking on website so it may seem that the package is stopped somewhere but it's not. Unfortunately we have no power on this :(
> reminder that we ARE NOT RESPONSABILE for lost/damaged mails. We have never lost stamped mails but once the envelope/packages leaves post office we can't control what will happen.
